	need to have input from several points to optimize protocols - rads, manager, applications, 
		set hard time upper limits? 45 min?

Challenge - time on scanner
	optimize when patient is on scanner? yes, we can do it, but not ideal.
	why do we need time on the scanner? 
		only theoretical on paper, need to see how it actual pans out. 
		Easier time getting time on university scanners.
		Doesn't need to be a single block of time on a single scanner
		can be small amount of time across lots of scanners.

Challenge - after working, how to update teamsite, scanners, technologists?
	difficult to update scanners, physical usb to scanner, different platforms are not translatable
	future - push protocol automatically/remotely with UI - working on it
	who is going to distirbute modified protocols? currently michael and rawle
	currently, uploaded on teamsite protocols entered manually by dr brown, 
	we need to rexamine the excel sheets, 
		currently taken too literally, 
		need to have more flexibility, 
		e.g. 1-4 nex instead of 1 nex. 

Challenge - communication with techs and disemination of information
	newsletter? slides? podcast? videos? how tos? 
	protocol notes, tips and tricks
	anatomical landmark notes, a guide for each sequence
	techs need to be trained, protocol optimization isn't enough
	inservice? 
		video tutorials? 
		training opportunities for satellite sites.


tarrytown/allen - will provide support as well, sit down with case review - sometimes cannot ennunciate the problem, examples of whats wrong.

tarrytown having lots of problems - reach out to kazaam for accession numbers. coordinate one day a week to go up to tarrytown. go in with some idea with accession numbers - priority over next couple of weeks
