- Biomed should be brought up to speed wrt protocol updates
- Add sequences to patients is better than volunteers
- See if all scanners are running same protocols, resolution

Protocols and Sequences

Pituitary Protocol
	slice thickness to 3
	Early and late scan, 1st Coronal right after contrast-  power injector - 
	pre/post t1 bravo throughout brain
	Add Swi - swan pituitary
	Remove t2 cube

Comprehensive seizure Protocol
	Sag t2 cube - make optional
	Not on all the scanners - need to document
	Add swi - a quick one, not swan
	Coverage - redundant - need confirmation - cover same twice ax ir, cor t2, cor flair, bravo

Cholesteatoma Protocol
	siemens multi-shot epi resolve - 1mm cholesteatoma - 16cm fov
	Ge - multi shot is muse
	Chony - epi focus and dwi propeller

Orbits Protocol
	SNR low 
	cor t2 fs needs work
	post contrast ax and cor fs need work

Volumetric Bravo Sequence
	Std brain and brain tumor volumetric bravos should be the same
	Add cor recon post
	axial and cor recon should be 1.2 mm
	May remove brain tumor b/c same as std brain now (got rid of cor post)
	Brainlab minimum parameters?  1.4 mm - zip512 to .7 - 288x288 0.7x0.7x0.5

2d-CSI Sequence
	4:22 scan time predefined 1cc roi - can post-process voxel size - te 144 -  @ 51 w 51st? 
	6 voxel coverage
