have treated you fairly in a personal sense?

Koch:

Very much so, very much so. I have never felt that I had been unfairly attacked by the media in the area of the social sense -- that “why don't you vote for X because he's married?” and “don't vote for Koch because he's not.” Carmine DeSapio ran his campaign on the basis that he was married and I was not. It didn't help him. (laughs) Okay?
