The President said, “That's astonishing. We got Hugh from Baruch. He lent him to us.”

I said, “Yes, that's what I said to him, but he said that Hugh couldn't work without supervision, somebody to lead him and keep him in order. I don't know what he means by that.”

I said, “No, I've only known him these few weeks. I've seen nothing wrong with him. The man is touched with genius. He's excitable. He's slightly unstable at times. That I can see.
