RESOLUTION TO AMEND
THE UNIVERSITY SENATE ELECTIONS CODE

WHEREAS     the University Senate Elections Code was last amended in 1995, and

WHEREAS     electronic voting has since then become the norm in Senate elections, and

WHEREAS     it was necessary to bring the Elections Code into line with current practice, and

WHEREAS     sundry other revisions to the Code were adjudged desirable by the Senate Elections Commission,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED   that the University hereby amend the Senate Elections Code as set forth in the attached revisions.
