Our Community
Alumni

Professional distinction. Strong social conviction. Our alumni form a network of more than 16,000 achievers all over the world. About 60 percent of these scholars remain in Columbia’s backyard (the greater New York area), ready and available to offer mentoring and job referrals to our students.

Our Alumni are directors and leaders of social work agencies and institutions throughout the nation and the world, deans of other schools of social work and citizens focused on bettering their world.
Some of our more distinguished alumni include:

  • Denise Colon-Greenaway (’95), special assistant to New York City administrative judge and special counsel for Interdisciplinary Court Based Programs.
