Abigail Katz, LMSW, has worked at Harlem United Community AIDS Center/FROST’D in New York City since graduating from CUSSW in 2006. Her work has focused on the health care of adults living with HIV/AIDS, mental illness and chemical dependency serving as a Case Manager, Program Coordinator and group facilitator. Currently, she serves as Clinical Director and Educational Coordinator for the HIV/AIDS Treatment and Support Services division of the agency supervising housing and harm reduction services to HIV positive adults and their families. Ms. Katz has also worked in local Planned Parenthood clinics, has presented for the past two years at the International Interdisciplinary Conference on Clinical Supervision and trains in the area of Psychodrama and Sociometry.
