Edith Kealey, MSW is the Deputy Director of the New York State Office of Mental Health’s Bureau of Evidence Based Services and Implementation Science. She is responsible for the implementation and evaluation of several statewide initiatives focused on quality improvement and clinical decision-making in the public mental health system. Her research interests include organizational factors associated with implementation of evidence-based practices, fidelity assessment of EBPs, and the use of health information technology to improve care.
