Kerry Moles, LMSW, has 20 years of experience working in child welfare and domestic violence services. She is the founding Director of the Children’s Aid Society’s Family Wellness Program, which was established in 2001 to provide comprehensive services for families impacted by domestic violence. She has recently taken on a new role at Children’s Aid as Assistant Division Director for Counseling and Home-Based Services, which oversees the agency’s juvenile justice/disconnected youth programs, homemaker services and the Pelham Fritz Family Shelter.

Prior to joining the Children’s Aid Society, Ms. Moles worked in a variety of positions in domestic violence and child welfare in Los Angeles, Austin, Texas and New York. Her experience includes rape crisis and domestic violence hotline counseling and direct services for children and adolescents in residential treatment.  Ms. Moles developed and implemented teen dating violence prevention programs in several residential and community-based settings and served as a Coordinator for a NYC Relationship Abuse Prevention Programs (RAPP). She continues to consult and trains independently on issues of domestic violence, teen relationship abuse, anger management and youth development. 

Ms. Moles is the author of several articles and work books including The Relationship Workbook, The Teen Relationship Workbook, and Strategies for Anger Management. She received her MSW from Fordham University in 1998.
