Eri Noguchi teaches Program Evaluation and Human Behavior and the Social Environment. She also serves as the Chief Program Officer of the Association to Benefit Children, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing early childhood, youth, and wrap-around family support services to children and families here in New York City. Professor Noguchi received her doctorate in Sociology from Columbia University, in addition to her MSW and MPA. Her research interests include labor markets, poverty, urban sociology, social welfare policy, and civic engagement/participation.
