Cheryl Wilkins is Associate Director of the Criminal Justice Initiative (CJI) where she works with at-risk youth, coordinating the Teen College Dreams Program. As an adjunct lecturer with CJI at the Columbia School of Social Work, Cheryl presents on topics that address the needs of families and communities affected by mass incarceration. Cheryl also facilitates a women’s group at Project WORTH under the Social Intervention Group, where she provides intervention to women who are exhibiting behavior patterns that puts them at risk for HIV/AIDS and other STIs.
