Humoral - B, unchanged
Tissue - T reduced, but many uterine NK (uNK) in decidual basalis, but action blocked
Trophoblast - no expression of the  MHCI surface markers (gene suppression or DNA methylation) which are required for T helper and cytotoxic T cells..  HLA-G (human leukocyte antigen) cells no NK effect.  (Pre-eclampsia when no HLA-G)
AFP from trophoblast and beta1-glycoprotein depress maternal immune response - locally and stimulate decidual production of IL-10 which suppresses NK cells and stimulates HLA-G.
Fas ligand inhibits inflammatory cells immuno-privileged, e.g., anterior chamber, breast cancer cells too
