been taken out. It's the hardest thing in the world to get that into any other labor law - the right to subpoena books, papers, witnesses and so on in labor disputes. It's very hard to get in any labor law in any state. We haven't got it in the Federal government. We can't subpoena anybody. Congress never would give it to us.
