In a few months he collapsed and then the Number 2 man moved up. The Number 2 man either had a lot of enemies and was pulled out, or he was so good that Johnson needed him somewhere else. Anyhow the Number 3 man moved up and was fairly weak. By this time he had been accustomed to having Mrs. Rosenberg close to him and he took her right along with him. He had been accustomed to being helped by her.
