of the world, in some parts of Wisconsin and Minnesota, you got a different idea. They were in the minority, but there were a good many people who did not have the same reaction that Roosevelt had, that I had, and that a good many other had. Just look at today, 1954. Look at how shocked some members of the Senate were when they learned that there had been an agreement with Winston Churchill that we wouldn't drop the atomic bomb without the British knowing it. Look how horrified some of the members of congress represented themselves as being over that the other day.
